Description: A 20-year old man finally receives justice from a 2020 high speed head-on collision by Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper causing severe head, shoulder and spine injuries. The case, reported by statewide media after ending up in the Missouri Supreme Court, became more complicated by the Court’s refusal to allow the individual Trooper to be held accountable for her conduct where she was driving over 100 miles per hour without lights, sirens, or any form of warning to our Client, and was admittedly doing so knowing that it deprived the Client of any warning about her conduct. Ultimately, the parties reached a mediated settlement merely months prior to the case proceeding to jury trial.
